Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our dental office specializes in both general and biological dentistry, as well as dental sleep medicine. You’ll care for patients using traditional and natural methods, all while learning from our supportive team. At our practice we value continuous learning and research, allowing us to offer our patients personalized care that supports their oral and overall health. We offer our patients adjunctive services including saliva testing, laser therapy, and localized antibiotics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform gentle dental cleanings.
• Assess oral and systemic health, including sleep-related concerns like airway obstruction.
• Educate patients on both their oral and nutritional health.
• Screen for sleep apnea and assist with oral appliance therapy for sleep disorders.
• Take and educate patients on x-rays.
• Collaborate on holistic treatment plans, including safe amalgam removal and natural remedies.
• Maintain sterilization and safety standards tailored to our practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Utah (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current CPR certification.
